Our commitment to innovation and adaptability positions us as a leader in connecting every aspect of the trucking industry.

We are seeking a motivated ELD Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) to trucking companies and fleet operators. Unlike other sales roles, this position does not require you to search for or generate your own leads, we provide a steady, structured pipeline of qualified leads to ensure you always have customers to call.

Schedule: 6PM - 3AM (Monday - Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with trucking companies and fleet operators from provided leads.

  • Present, promote, and sell our ELD devices, highlighting compliance, ease of use, and efficiency benefits.

  • Understand customer fleet needs and recommend tailored ELD solutions to meet regulatory and operational requirements.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, product demos, and sales progress.

  • Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies, product knowledge, and conversion rates.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets to maximize commission earnings.

Required competences:

  • Previous experience in ELD management or fleet telematics sales is mandatory.

  • Conversational level of English and Russian (both spoken and written).

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset.

  • Ability to work consistently during evening and night shifts.
