Key Responsibilities:
Contract Administration:
- Review, interpret, and manage contracts and subcontracts.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
- Maintain contract documentation and change control records.
Commercial Support:
- Assist in the preparation of commercial proposals, bids, and tenders.
- Support cost tracking, invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Monitor project budgets and forecasts in coordination with finance and project teams.
- Support the Company procurement activities
Risk and Claims Management:
- Identify and assess contractual risks and opportunities.
- Support the preparation of claims, variations, and dispute resolution documentation.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, legal advisors, and internal departments.
- Facilitate communication between commercial, legal, and technical teams.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to internal governance and external regulatory requirements.
- Prepare regular reports on contract status, risks, commercial performance and procurement activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in contract and commercial coordination within Engineering Services.
- Familiarity with FIDIC, NEC, or other international contract standards.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle and engineering workflows.
- Proficiency in MS Office and contract management software (e.g., Aconex, SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in Kazakh, Russian; additional languages (e.g.,English) are a plus.
