Key Responsibilities:

Contract Administration:

  • Review, interpret, and manage contracts and subcontracts.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
  • Maintain contract documentation and change control records.

Commercial Support:

  • Assist in the preparation of commercial proposals, bids, and tenders.
  • Support cost tracking, invoicing, and financial reporting.
  • Monitor project budgets and forecasts in coordination with finance and project teams.
  • Support the Company procurement activities

Risk and Claims Management:

  • Identify and assess contractual risks and opportunities.
  • Support the preparation of claims, variations, and dispute resolution documentation.

Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, legal advisors, and internal departments.
  • Facilitate communication between commercial, legal, and technical teams.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure adherence to internal governance and external regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare regular reports on contract status, risks, commercial performance and procurement activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in contract and commercial coordination within Engineering Services.
  • Familiarity with FIDIC, NEC, or other international contract standards.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle and engineering workflows.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and contract management software (e.g., Aconex, SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in Kazakh, Russian; additional languages (e.g.,English) are a plus.

  • Experience working on large-scale O&G or industrial projects.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
