Junior Data Scientist

In this role, you will transform extensive volumes of data into actionable insights, utilizing a blend of scientific methods, analytical abilities, technical expertise, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify business problems
• Find the right data and methods to address them
• Build and validate analytical and machine learning models
• Present the findings in a clear and informative way

Requirements

• Aptitude for problem-solving
• Proficiency in data-focused applied mathematics (including statistical analysis and machine learning)
• Solid programming experience, preferably in Python
• Decent communication/presentation skills (including the level of English good enough to interact with native speakers)

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL
• Background in Cloud technologies
• Experience with Apache Spark
• Skills in NLP / text mining
• Familiarity with Computer vision
