• Book loads on various platforms efficiently.
• Maintain clear communication with brokers and drivers to facilitate smooth operations.
• Manage truck drivers’ schedules and optimize routes for timely deliveries.
• Schedule freight pickups and deliveries to meet deadlines consistently.
Requirements:
• Ability to handle 6+ trucks with a minimum of $2 RPM.
• Proficiency in English and Russian (advanced level preferred).
• Familiarity with industry platforms such as J.B. Hunt, PO, Schneider, etc.
• Responsible, motivated, and possess excellent communication skills.
