Collection and verification of aircraft technical logbook pages, discrepancy reports, and completed work orders to ensure that all aircraft technical records are maintained in accordance with company procedures and requirements.
Maintaining and updating records in the computerized aircraft and component maintenance tracking system.
Reviewing and closing aircraft maintenance work packages (Work Orders).
Updating records in the aircraft/engine maintenance log.
Keeping aircraft/engine/propeller logbooks up to date.
Checking aircraft technical logbook pages and work packages for errors and ensuring that all documentation errors are corrected.
Reporting any issues to the Planning Manager, Reliability Engineer, or CAMO Manager as necessary.
Ensuring proper storage of maintenance documentation.
Ensuring that onboard documentation is current.
Monitoring installed and spare FAKs (First Aid Kits).
Performing inspections of installed onboard emergency and safety equipment, verifying that the S/N (serial number) of installed equipment matches office documentation.
Coordinating with other departments as required.
Providing reports to support airworthiness reviews (if required).
Performing other duties as assigned by the CAMO Manager.
Requirements:
Higher aviation technical education or equivalent relevant experience.
At least 1 year of experience in aircraft airworthiness management.
Knowledge and understanding of international aviation laws and regulations, as well as the legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan governing civil aviation activities.
English language proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
Certificates: type training on operated aircraft, Human Factors, Fuel Tank Safety, Critical Design Limitations.
