Senior Purchasing Specialist

General Requirements:

• Higher education (finance, law or technical);
• 3-5 years work experience in purchasing, procurement (experience with Contracts on construction works is preferable);
• SAP ERP System, NadLoc, Word, Excel, Outlook;
• Advanced level of English.

Duties and functions:

• Ensure the compliance of the procurement process with the legislation of Kazakhstan regarding the purchasing;
• Provide a timely economically feasible and profitable procurement of all required GWS
• Conduction of GWS market research
• Creation and allocation of documentation in GWS Registry, used during conduction of operations on subsoil use during the process of procurement
• Cooperation with GWS purchase initiators for the purpose of carrying out timely and economically profitable purchase
• Preparation and submission for review and endorsement of draft contracts for GWS supply with domestic and foreign suppliers
• Preparation and execution of certificates of transactions in the banks’ currency control departments
• Preparation of necessary calculations and grounds for raising claims to suppliers, including the claims connected with violation of contracts and delivery terms
• Carry out negotiations with GWS suppliers to reach optimum ratio of price and quality
