We invite you to work as Sales Representative.

Duties:

  • Search for new clients and customer base development (market analysis, identification of potential clients and initiation of contact with them; participation in exhibitions, conferences, industry events);
  • Negotiating and making deals. The ability to present the company's products, demonstrate its advantages and defend the terms of cooperation;
  • Support and development of customer relationships (regular meetings, discussion of product satisfaction, suggestions for improving cooperation);
  • Sales planning and execution of plans;
  • Analysis of competitors and the market situation;
  • Preparation of reports and analytics;
  • Actively promote the company's products in the Indian market, attracting new customers and strengthening relationships with existing ones;
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction;
  • To protect the interests of the company in any negotiations with clients, while offering beneficial solutions for both sides..

Requirements:

  • Education - Higher technical, higher engineering (knowledge of the technology of production of extruded aluminum profiles, rods) / Higher economic education (sales, marketing);
  • English: B2-C1-C2 required, Russian is welcome;
  • Fundamentals of marketing and sales. The ability to analyze the market, find and retain customers, promote products, and handle objections;
  • Deep understanding of the field of activity and products. Knowledge of the business area, product range, and specifics of products: their consumer properties, characteristics, advantages, advantages, ways of use and application;
  • Technical literacy and paperwork. Merchandising;
  • Sociability, neat and presentable appearance. Punctuality, organization;
  • Ability to work in multitasking mode;
  • Word, Excel, 1С, CRM-systems, applications and platforms for managing applications.
