Lobby Bar Manager

JW Marriott Tashkent is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lobby Bar Manager to lead our bar team and oversee all lobby lounge operations. As the first encounter many guests have with our hotel, the lobby bar is a key part of our luxury experience. The ideal candidate is a creative and passionate hospitality professional with an exceptional eye for detail and a talent for inspiring staff.

Key responsibilities:

• Operational leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the lobby bar, ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable service.
• Menu and inventory management: Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and conduct regular stock takes to maintain proper par levels and control costs
• Staff management and development: Recruit, and train a team; create duty rosters that meet business demands; provide continuous coaching and feedback to develop staff skills and ensure consistent adherence to service standards.
• Guest experience: Ensure guests receive personalized service experience in compliance with JW standards; proactively resolve any guest complaints and maintain a positive, welcoming atmosphere.

Candidate Profile:

• 2–5 years of experience in a bar management or senior bar role, preferably within a 5* and luxury hotels.
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, and craft cocktails.
• Soft skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and train a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a positive and professional demeanor.
• Technical skills: Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory software.
