UX/UI Designer

🔎 Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our team. You will be the primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, working closely with the Head of Product and Product Owner to design UX/UI processes from low-fidelity mockups to final designs. If you are knowledgeable and passionate about crypto and blockchain technologies, are hungry for a challenge, and are looking to work in a fast-paced environment, then this role is for you!

💻 What You'll Be Doing

● You will learn Crypto PS existing UX/UI and design system to a level of ownership equal to Crypto PS Product team.

● You will maintain and perfect Crypto PS design system, ensuring all projects are well set up across all our environments.

● Working closely with Product Managers, you will create low-fidelity and high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and final UX/UI designs for our mobile app and web.

● You will assist Crypto PS front-end and mobile teams in helping to answer any questions they may have about design rules.

● You will be the primary point of contact for Crypto PS Head of Product and Product Owner, and will assist the team in resolving design errors, bugs, and corrections, as well as creating new designs as needed.

● You will also set up a framework for conducting continuous UX/UI testing to identify and resolve UX/UI-related issues.

● You will ensure that Crypto PS design standards are consistently and appropriately applied within all design work.

● You will continuously research new UX/UI ideas and propose them to the team when designing.

● Aside from UX/UI, you will work closely with Crypto PS business development and sales team, assisting in the creation of impactful sales assets and marketing collateral.

👤 Who You Are & What You'll Need

● You have 3+ years of experience as an app, mobile, and web UX/UI Designer.

● You have a successful track record and a strong portfolio demonstrating your UX/UI designs focusing on desktop applications.

● Native or Advanced level of English.

● Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, graphic design, UX/UI design, industrial and product design, or any other relevant field.

● Professional certifications in UX/UI Design are a big plus!

● Prior professional experience in a startup environment working on UX/UI design in crypto and Web3 is a huge plus.

● We work in Figma, so a deep understanding of Figma is required.

● You have an in-depth understanding of how design systems are set up and their best practices for desktop apps and websites.

● Excellent planning and project management skills, preferably with experience in agile methodologies and the scrum framework.

● You are not afraid to get your hands dirty and are ready to get involved in multiple processes simultaneously.

● You are exceptionally well organized and can stay calm when working to tight deadlines.

● You can break complex problems into viable and actionable chunks and solve each problem accurately and effectively.
