Chief Product Officer

Nauchsoft is an IT consulting and software development company. We have been in the IT business for 36 years and continue growing. We are looking for a highly skilled Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead the development and growth of our digital products and IT solutions. The key mission of this role is to ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery while maintaining the right balance between business objectives and technical feasibility. The CPO will align product strategy with the company’s overall goals, set priorities, and drive measurable results across the entire product portfolio. Experience in the banking sector is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the overall product strategy in alignment with business objectives;

• Build and maintain the product backlog, ensuring a structured roadmap;

• Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value and customer impact;

• Oversee unit economics and key product performance metrics;

• Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market research;

• Translate business needs into actionable tasks for development teams;

• Collaborate closely with engineers, analysts, designers, and QA teams;

• Ensure product solutions comply with technical architecture and company standards;

• Lead product teams within Agile/Scrum processes, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in defining and executing product strategies;

• Strong background in business modeling and product economics;

• Experience in the banking sector is essential;

• Hands-on experience with task prioritization and decision-making in product development;

• Proficiency with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello or equivalents);

• Strong stakeholder management and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration;

• Understanding of digital product architecture and system integrations;

• Basic knowledge of APIs and their role in product ecosystems;

• Experience working with both in-house development teams and external vendors/outsourcing partners;

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional team workflows;

• Previous experience in digital product companies or IT organizations is an advantage.
