Participation in the development of marketing and communication strategies of Commercial and Employer brands of the company;
Development of creative concepts for projects of any complexity with implementation in ATL/BTL/PR/Digital channels (integrated advertising campaigns, banner campaigns, non-standard promotional campaigns, PR-projects, campaigns in social networks, etc.);
Development of key visuals for marketing campaigns/events, control of designers in complying with the creative concept at the stages of creation and adaptation of the key visual for different channels;
Creative support of the development of materials for advertising campaigns from the stage of idea creation to the launch of the advertising creatives;
Development of naming, slogans, ideas for logos, brand identity;
Implementation of the director's function in the production of audio/video clips (idea and script development, storyboarding, control and coordination of pre/post-production, filming directing);
Coordination and supervision of creative/video projects implemented by third-party contractors (search and coordination of contractors, preparation of terms of reference and production briefs, holding regular stus meetings with the contractor at all stages of the project, project closure, including document management);
Together with the project manager of the creative team, describing and regularly finalizing the process of creation, protection, delivery of creative projects.
Required Experience:
3+ years experience in a similar position (agency or in-house);
Experience in B2B marketing;
Portfolio of experience in developing creative projects for ATL/BTL/PR/Digital channels;
Experience in working with advertising creatives from idea development to materials control;
B2 level English skills
Fluent Russian is must have
