Business Analyst (Discovery Phase) - Contract-to-Hire

Introduction:
Join our team as a Business Analyst for a critical Discovery Phase project. This is a 2-3 month contract role with a strong possibility of extension to a full-time position for the right candidate. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact from the start and help shape the future of a key business initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements-gathering workshops and interviews with stakeholders.

• Analyze and document business processes, user stories, and functional requirements.

• Create clear and concise artifacts such as process flow diagrams, use cases, and wireframes.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure a shared understanding of project goals.

• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to resolve ambiguities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably on discovery or initial project phases.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in creating standard BA documentation (e.g., BRDs, user stories).

• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration platforms.
