Business Analyst (Discovery Phase) - Contract-to-Hire
Introduction:
Join our team as a Business Analyst for a critical Discovery Phase project. This is a 2-3 month contract role with a strong possibility of extension to a full-time position for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities:
Lead requirements-gathering workshops and interviews with stakeholders.
Analyze and document business processes, user stories, and functional requirements.
Create clear and concise artifacts such as process flow diagrams, use cases, and wireframes.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure a shared understanding of project goals.
Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to resolve ambiguities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably on discovery or initial project phases.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in creating standard BA documentation (e.g., BRDs, user stories).
Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration platforms.
