• Organize and optimize the sales process, manage the sales funnel, and ensure achievement of KPIs.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies for leasing services.

• Lead and motivate the sales team, delegate tasks, and ensure team performance.
• Analyze market data and trends to inform strategic decisions.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in sales and strategic sales planning.
• At least 3 years of experience in team management.
• Proven background in automotive and car leasing industry.
• Advanced English proficiency (oral and written).
• Established corporate network within the Kazakhstan market.

• Work in a team of experts in their field.
• Official employment under the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
