Service-Pro Movers is a fast-growing moving company based in Sacramento, CA. We’re expanding our presence across the U.S. and looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead our digital strategy, manage campaigns, and scale our brand visibility nationwide.

What you’ll do
• Build and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for the U.S. market
• Improve and expand existing channels: Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Google My Business, and CallRail
• Oversee marketing performance - CPL, ROI, conversion rates, and lead quality
• Manage contractors and freelancers (SMM, content, design, paid media)
• Develop reporting systems and ensure clear visibility into results
• Collaborate with the operations team to enhance tracking, analytics, and integrations
• Strengthen the company’s online reputation and maintain a consistent brand voice

What we expect
• English: C1 or higher — confident written and spoken communication with U.S. audiences
• Proven experience in digital marketing for U.S. service industries (moving, home services, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, analytics, and local marketing tools
• Understanding of lead funnels, tracking systems, and conversion optimization
• Strategic mindset with hands-on familiarity with day-to-day campaign management
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and lead a distributed marketing team
