Job Title: Sales Director – Regional & Business Development
Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance-based bonuses tied to KPIs
Probation period $1500 plus bonus KPIs, up to $2500 ( probation period 2 months)
After probation period $2000 plus bonuses KPIs, up to $4500 per month
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and results-driven Sales Director to lead and grow two critical sales functions within our organization:
1. Regional Sales Operations – Overseeing performance and development of Regional Managers across multiple markets
2. Business Development Sales Team – Building and managing a new team of Sales Representatives focused on acquiring new restaurant and venue partnerships
This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment, has strong leadership skills, and can balance hands-on management with big-picture strategy. Candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours (PST time zone).
Key Responsibilities
1. Regional Sales Operations
Lead and mentor Regional Managers across various U.S. cities
Analyze sales performance data by region and implement strategies to increase sales volume and conversion rates
Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and KPI audits
Improve execution of sales standards, scripts, and team motivation
2. Business Development (New Client Acquisition)
Build and scale a team of outbound Sales Representatives focused on signing new restaurant and entertainment venue partners
Develop and optimize sales pitch scripts, outreach funnels, and CRM tracking processes
Identify new verticals and partnership opportunities; close high-impact B2B deals
Set and track individual and team KPIs (e.g. lead conversion rate, deal volume)
What We’re Looking For
Proven track record in sales leadership roles (minimum 2-3 years)
Experience managing field sales teams and remote reps across multiple time zones
Ability to build scalable sales processes from the ground up
Data-driven decision-making and strong familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
Excellent communication, training, and conflict resolution skills
High level of accountability, integrity, and team-first mentality
Real-time availability during 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST is required
Compensation
Base salary: Commensurate with experience
Bonuses: Monthly or quarterly bonuses based on achievement of KPIs across both departments
