Regional Finance Manager

We are looking for a full time Regional Finance Manager – Central Asia. Working days will be from Monday-Friday (40 hours per week). We are offering permanent employment with probation period.

Reports to: CFO

Departments Supported: Central Asia (Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and including Armenia and Azerbaijan under Caucasus), UK.

Job Purpose

The Regional Finance Manager play a key role in supporting operations across Central Asia and Europe. This role involves coordinating with local accountants, managing transactional processes, and ensuring compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and group reporting standards.

Main responsibilities:

• Coordinate with local accountants (LAs) to manage invoice processes and ensure timely forwarding to relevant stakeholders (e.g. TLS offices).
• Oversee daily reports and reconciliations related to AVS sales, visa and service fees, and bank registrations to ensure timely and accurate reporting to the Shared Service Centre.
• Contribute to CAPEX control and budgeting for new projects, including financial analysis and prospective P&Ls.
• Track monthly CAPEX expenditures and office lease records; assist in management reporting as required.
• Support Zone Managers (ZMs) during the CMT and forecasting processes.
• Assist Operations teams in improving ICQ compliance: help define and implement mitigation plans, and gather evidence of compliance.
• Serve as the main point of contact for periodic fixed asset reconciliation and inventory verification with central finance.
• Contribute to CSR reporting across both regions.
• Ensure timely provision of bank statements, and regular monthly bank reconciliations to local accountants
• Communicate monthly bank balances to Group Treasury.
• Provide cash flow forecast to Group Treasury on monthly basis
• Act as Reviewer in TP Flow (in-house purchasing system), monitor invoice payment status and update the system with payment dates.
• Collaborate with local accountants during internal and external audit processes.
