Sales & Customer Representative (Evening Shift – Washington, DC Time)

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Eastern Time)
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Eastern Time)

Compensation:

• $1,000/month base salary
• Performance bonuses based on results

Responsibilities

• Respond to client calls, messages, and emails in a professional and timely manner
• Explain services clearly and accurately (apostille, notarization, legalization, etc.)
• Manage and update customer information in Zoho CRM (training provided)
• Follow up with leads and close sales efficiently
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth service delivery
• Maintain excellent communication records and follow company procedures
• Meet monthly performance and conversion goals

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) — if your English is not excellent, please do not apply
• Strong customer service and sales ability
• Reliable, professional, and punctual
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM or similar systems is a plus
• Excellent work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently while being part of a team
