HR Specialist/Recruiter

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Specialist/Recruiter to join our logistics company's Human Resources team. As a Recruiter for Dispatch and Drivers, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting qualified candidates for these positions within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a steady pipeline of talented and reliable individuals to support our logistics operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified dispatchers and drivers for our logistics operations.
• Create and publish job postings and advertisements on various job boards, social media platforms, and company websites.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including online job portals, resume databases, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on their qualifications, experience, and suitability for dispatch and driver roles.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements for dispatchers and drivers, and provide guidance and expertise throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information and documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
• Familiarity with various sourcing methods and tools, including online job portals, resume databases, and social media platforms.
• Experience conducting interviews and evaluating candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Ability to work 5/2 from 2pm to 10pm (Mon-Fri)
