Airbus Helicopters Kazakhstan Engineering (AHKE) is a subsidiary owned by Airbus Helicopters,
the world-leading rotorcraft manufacturer, based in Astana.

safe operation of aircraft fleet from design, engineering and production, to maintenance, training
and partnerships.
Our AHKE Customer Center activity offers versatile and innovative solutions to our local customers
regulatory and business needs. Our strong customer-focused ethic coupled with our reactivity and
flexibility will help our customers excel in their flight operations.
ROLES & RESPONSBILITIES
- Focal point for all internal (helicopter maintenance workshop) and external (helicopter
operators) material requests (helicopters parts, consumable materials, and tools).
- Guarantee that all material procurement and delivery activities are performed on time, on
cost, on quality.
- Enforce strict compliance with Airbus Helicopters and all relevant national and international
goods import and export regulations.
- Define material forecast according to scheduled and unscheduled needs.
- Identify and select approved material supply providers according to the material request
constraints:
o Airbus Helicopters ordering platform
o Safran Helicopter Engines ordering platform
o Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)
o Helicopter parts brokers
o Other local and international material suppliers
- Plan and place orders according to forecast:
o New spare parts
o Repair & overhaul services, standard exchanges
o Consumable materials
o Tools
- Deliver and distribute material according to internal and external customers’ needs
- Organize transport with freight forwarder if required
- Report to Head of Support & Services

EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION
- Bachelor or master degree in related field (logistics, supply chain…)
- Minimum 3 years working in logistics, supply chain, or equivalent
- Priority will be given to candidates with experience in aviation
- Knowledge of local customs regulation
