Build and execute customer development plans aligned with company objectives;
Conduct price negotiations, budget planning, and regular sales forecasting;
Act as the primary contact and trusted advisor to key customers, ensuring consistent communication and service quality;
Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, Marketing, Regulatory, Customer Service, Finance) to deliver customer-focused solutions;
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction;
Oversee the preparation of commercial agreements and ensure compliance with internal policies;
Monitor client payments and ensure adherence to financial targets;
Maintain accurate visit reports, sales documentation, and internal communication updates;
Participate in industry events, business trips, and customer visits across the region.
University degree (preferably in Food Technology, Chemistry, or Business);
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales within the food ingredients, flavours, or FMCG industry;
Strong negotiation and presentation skills;
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities;
Proficiency in English and Russian (Kazakh is an advantage);
Willingness to travel frequently within Kazakhstan and Central Asia.
