About Us

Collect Group Holdings CY Ltd is a Cyprus-based holding company operating across fintech and digital asset services, including licensed subsidiaries such as Collect & Exchange and Collect & Pay.
Our group focuses on providing innovative and compliant financial and crypto-related solutions across multiple jurisdictions. We are expanding our finance team and looking for an experienced accountant to support the group’s Cyprus operations, primarily for Collect & Exchange CY Ltd.

Role Overview

The Accountant will play a key role in managing the accounting and financial reporting for Collect & Exchange CY Ltd.
This role suits an accountant with 4–6 years of experience who is confident with accounting fundamentals, reporting, and reconciliations, and has exposure to fintech or crypto-related transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate accounting records for Collect & Exchange CY Ltd in line with IFRS and Cyprus regulations.
• Record and reconcile all fiat and crypto transactions on a daily basis.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely posting and settlements.
• Perform monthly reconciliations (bank accounts, crypto wallets, intercompany balances).
• Prepare trial balances, management accounts, and assist in financial statement preparation.
• Support the Financial Controller with financial reporting and audits.
• Implement and maintain proper internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 4–6 years of accounting experience (preferably in fintech, payments, or crypto).
• Strong reconciliation and Excel skills.
• Familiarity with crypto accounting (valuation, gains/losses, conversions).
• Fluency in English and Greek.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
