Eurasia Digital-marketing and Media Planning Manager
Key Responsibilities
Development and implementation of media campaigns (TV, OOH, Radio, Print and Digital).
• Assistance in preparing and conducting advertising campaigns, special projects.
• Forming a budget for projects, control of deadlines, KPIs, monitoring campaigns' execution.
• Analysis of the market, competitors and target audience to identify new opportunities with media agency.
• Day-to-day interaction with media agencies in countries.
• Interaction with a creative agency: preparation of advertising materials
• Coordination of the work of cross-functional teams.
• Interaction with internal departments and external contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, ongoing optimization.
• Maintaining documentation on contractors, coordination contracts and monitoring payments.
• Implementation of a digital strategy for company websites, ensuring compliance with the overall strategy.
• Development and support a reliable process for campaign planning, execution and post-campaign analysis.
• Conduction post-campaign analysis and providing regular reporting on the results.
Requirements:
• Experience in media for at least 2 years, including project management.
• Passion for digital, social media, monitoring and anticipating trends.
• Project planning and data analysis skills (Excel/Power Point).
• Knowledge of tools in all key media, confident TV planning.
• Ability to multitask, meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, stress resistance.
• Attention to detail, documentary punctuality.
• English – from "Intermediate" level.
• Good analytical skills
