Contract manager

Standard Responsibilities:

1. As a key contributor, responsible for the contract architecture design of projects involving complex business scenarios, independently drafting the entire contract text.

2. Assume the role of the lead negotiator in complex business scenarios, effectively guiding client needs, and making core contributions to achieving negotiation objectives.

3. Responsible for the commercial law review, comprehensive review, and decision support of projects in complex scenarios, providing effective opinions to mitigate risks.

4. Responsible for the identification and effective management of commercial law risks in complex scenario projects, integrating risk management at the project/contract level, monitoring the closure of project risks/hypothesis fulfillment and warning deviations, effectively resolving major disputes during execution; or responsible for setting and implementing contract clause improvement goals for representative offices/countries/large T.

Custom Responsibilities:

Designing project business solutions, drafting contracts, negotiating contracts, managing contract risks and disputes, supporting project operations; formulating authorization and execution plans and managing SDT operations; responsible for contract performance management, executing and formulating change processes, resolving project disputes, and timely closing contracts. Based on support for various scenario operations, output corresponding scenario methodologies, and conduct capability import and cultivation.
