Deliver and configure IT solutions, including servers, storage, switches, virtualization and cloud platforms. • Handle service requests (SR) from customers: troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues, conduct root cause analysis, diagnose faults, escalate to regional/HQ if needed, and follow up to resolution. • Conduct routine health checks on IT infrastructure. • Handle onsite surveys, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of IT equipment. • Offer remote and on-site technical support during installations and operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related field. • 3+ years in IT infrastructure: storage, virtualization, backup, and network management. • Knowledge of storage systems (e.g., architecture, features; support for design, implementation, administration, migration, resolution). Familiar with mainstream storage products, like EMC, NetApp, HDS storage IBM products • Proficiency in virtualization (e.g., VMware vSphere, ESXi, Hyper-V, KVM; design and implementation support). • Understanding of network products (e.g., Cisco, Huawei, Juniper; integrated design support). • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills; ability to prepare HLD/LLD. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Proactive self-learner; customer-oriented; willing to travel.
