Senior Business Analyst - eCommerce & Digital Transformation

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst with deep experience in enterprise eCommerce and digital transformation. You’ll work with global brands to shape digital strategies, lead discovery workshops, and translate business goals into scalable, high-performing solutions.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience delivering large-scale eCommerce or digital transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Shopify Plus, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, SAP Hybris, etc.) and digital ecosystems (OMS, PIM, CRM, CMS, CDP).
• Hands-on understanding of customer experience strategy, personalisation, and conversion optimisation.
• Deep knowledge of business operations (merchandising, content, marketing, logistics, payments, returns).
• Experience with multi-region, cross-border commerce—localisation, tax, and compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to partner with executives and cross-functional teams.
