Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating reception work and supporting daily office activities
  • Managing internal document flow (registration of incoming/outgoing correspondence)
  • Coordinate business travel activities
  • Supporting management with administrative tasks
  • Participate in HR department projects
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Language skills: Kazakh – understanding and ability for business communication, Russian – fluent, English – intermediate or above
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team, proactiveness
