The Senior Manager will play a key role in driving the promotion and sales of AIFC’s conference and meeting room services. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong marketing and client engagement skills, capable of managing end-to-end event coordination and contributing to the growth of the department’s commercial activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market analysis and monitor trends.
- Develop and implement long-term sales strategies and action plans.
- Attract new clients and retain existing ones; build and manage a customer base.
- Promote conference and meeting room rental services via social media and partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal teams (cleaning, engineering, etc.) to ensure service delivery.
- Provide consultations and select appropriate venues based on client needs.
- Oversee event execution and resolve any issues that arise.
- Analyze event success and prepare performance reports.
- Manage procurement processes related to service promotion.
- Handle reservations and maintain key control for conference rooms.
- Deliver service acts and maintain records with tenants.
- Ensure compliance with labor protection and safety regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Strong knowledge of client acquisition techniques and social selling.
- Strategic planning and analytical skills.

- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Languages: Fluent English, Kazakh, Russian.
