Novotel Adagio Ibis Moscow Kievskaya is looking for organized and people-oriented SENIOR MICE MANAGER to be a part of the team that welcomes groups, events & delegations

Our Senior MICE Manager will be responsible for:

· timely processing of all arriving group requests for booking (to phone, the Internet, e-mail, TARS), and also cancellations, booking changes, etc.;

· booking all groups (group blocks, rooming lists), changes and booking cancellations in the OPERA (PMS, S&C) and RESAweb programs;

· Operational work on organizing events and events with accommodation;
∙ Working with documentation and estimates, preparing commercial offers and contracts;
∙ Negotiating and interacting with existing clients;
preparing BEO’s & event plans in OPERA S&C

· supporting system of documents flow and the data storage, established in department;

· making sure all the details and necessary information is distributed to other hotel departments on time;

· following all the changes in group blocks and maintaining an updated information in OPERA

· lead the team of MICE managers

· Achieving team revenue goals as part of the event sales strategy;

· Preparing reports and analyzing the market.

Our Senior MICE Manager obtains the following qualifications:

· demonstrates ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company;

· has strong problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities;

· is proficient in the use of PC, well acquainted with Internet resources; preferably knows OPERA (PMS, S&C modules)

· has good writing skills;

· is energetic, initiative and reliable, focused on the details;

· is able to work under pressure in multitasking environment and meet the deadlines with a minimum supervision;

· must know: English fluent telephone & email etiquette
