IT Sourcer/Researcher

We are looking for an IT Sourcer/Researcher to be part of our diverse international team. If you are passionate about sourcing and enjoy working in an active and multitasking environment, don't miss this opportunity!

Responsibilities:

• Searching and hunting for candidates (using a broad range of channels and techniques, e.g. Boolean)
• Pre-screen candidates' CVs according to the specifics and requirements for the roles
• Manage an applicant tracking system or CRM
• Conducting primary communication with candidates
• Cooperation with the recruiting team

Requirements:

• 6 months experience in IT sourcing/recruiting
• Understanding and experience in using modern sourcing technologies (X-Ray, Boolean Search)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate or above level of English
