Ensure regular sales team support and analysis of sales performance across territory (sales analytics, key KPIs, products performance, etc.) to optimize and make more efficient Field Force strategy execution considering aligned approach.
Ensure filed activities planning based on HCPs database analysis with preparation of recommendations and regular consultancies to sales team.
Ensure regular CRM data update in close collaboration with CRM specialist.
Active participation in regular meetings with sales team as expert supporting data driven decision making.
Rebuilding of analytical system and cycle with focus on data automation to increase up-to-date data and analytics availability to support tactical and strategical decisions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate preparation / optimization / automation of regular SFE reports included in reporting cycle (incl. CRM reports in scope of responsibilities) with focus on Territory management and incremental value.
Leading regular reporting meetings and materials preparation.
Active participation in preparation and support of filed team activities (calls planning, execution, monitoring, feedback)
Leading SIP cycle (targeting – qualitative and quantitative part, data verification, calculations, reporting, and further analysis)
Regular Incidents and Problems monitoring
Leading of Segmentation process / Field Force strategy execution monitoring + recommendations.
Ensure trainings for newcomers in close collaboration with CRM specialist -ensure up-to-date and relevant content in user guides, system/processes documentation and training materials.
REQUIREMENTS
+5 years of relevant experience with SFE / Analytics / Finance role, preferably in pharmaceutical companies
Experience working with BI platforms
Clear, structured and client-oriented communication style (sales team support and stakeholder’s interactions)
Processes, systems interactions, data flows mapping skills
Upper-Intermediate English level
Good analytical and project management skills
Advanced MS Office – Excel (pivots) and Power point
PREFERRABLE SKILLS
Knowledge of key SFE concepts and territory / products management technics and approaches
Experience in data processing (SQL / Power Query), data analysis with BI platforms
