Responsibilities:
• Supervise and guide the accounting team in carrying out daily tasks.
• Provide training and support to team members to enhance skills and performance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Oversee the monthly book-closing process and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Prepare and support internal and external audit processes.
• Resolve audit findings and implement corrective recommendations.
• Develop and monitor the implementation of strong financial policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards.
• Conduct financial analysis to support management decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of the company’s annual budget.
• Monitor budget implementation and provide periodic reports to management.
• Have a thorough understanding of reporting from start to finish, including tax
withholding.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Accounting certification (CPA, CA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Previous experience as an Accounting Supervisor or in a similar managerial position is preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in using accounting software.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with various departments and external parties.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make independent decisions.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Must be proficient in English, both spoken and written.
