Work closely with the kitchen and F&B teams to design pairings and event concepts.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards, as well as responsible alcohol service.
Stay up to date with new trends in mixology and bring fresh ideas to the bar.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a restaurant, resort, or premium lounge.
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, modern techniques, and beverage trends.
A creative approach to mixology and presentation.
Excellent communication and guest interaction skills.
Team player with a positive, energetic attitude.
Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
