Mixologist

Craft and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and beverages with creativity, precision, and flair.

Develop signature drinks and seasonal menus that reflect the spirit of the resort.

Engage with guests, share your passion for mixology, and create memorable bar experiences.

Keep the bar organized, clean, and fully stocked at all times.

Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers for smooth bar operations.

Train and inspire the bar team to maintain high service standards and product knowledge.

Work closely with the kitchen and F&B teams to design pairings and event concepts.

Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards, as well as responsible alcohol service.

Stay up to date with new trends in mixology and bring fresh ideas to the bar.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a restaurant, resort, or premium lounge.

Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, modern techniques, and beverage trends.

A creative approach to mixology and presentation.

Excellent communication and guest interaction skills.

Team player with a positive, energetic attitude.

Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
