After the success of our flagship product VPN Lumos (Top 5 VPN app on both App Store and Google Play), we're launching a new product — Toggle.
Toggle aims to make digital technology and online security simple and accessible for everyone, while providing users with modern tools to stay safe online.
Our first commercial product Toggle VPN is already available on Android, and we’re planning a major cross-platform launch by the end of the year, including iOS, macOS, Windows, Apple TV, Android TV, and more.

Location: Minsk
Format of work: full-time role with flexible start times and a hybrid setup (4 days in the office, 1 remote)

What You'll Do:

  • develop and execute the growth strategy for the Toggle brand;

  • build and lead a marketing team (Performance, ASO, SMM, SEO, content, creatives/design);

  • identify and scale new growth and monetization channels;

  • build and optimize digital funnels (media buying, content marketing, etc.);

  • work with data and analytics to track key metrics and optimize ROI;

  • monitor market trends and competitor activity, identify growth opportunities and apply best practices;

  • collect and leverage user feedback to improve product positioning and user experience.

What We Expect from You:

Hard skills

  • 2+ years of experience as a Head of Marketing or CMO in tech/IT companies (apps, websites, etc.);

  • hands-on experience with both performance and brand marketing;

  • proven track record of building and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth;

  • strong leadership and team management skills;

  • strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making;

  • understanding of subscription-based monetization models and unit economics;

  • experience with billing systems such as Stripe;

  • english proficiency at B2 level or higher.
