Project Controls Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules and cost control systems.

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.

• Monitor project performance using Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques.

• Lead change control, risk management, and cost/schedule variance analysis.

• Prepare and present progress and performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.

• Oversee project controls team (schedulers, cost engineers, etc.).

• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, client requirements, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field.

• 8–12+ years of experience in project controls within the Oil & Gas, EPC environment.

• Strong background in planning, scheduling, cost control, and EVM.

• Proficiency in tools like Primavera P6, MS Project, EcoSys, SAP, Excel, or similar.

• Professional certifications (PMP, CCP, PSP) are an advantage.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
