Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain integrated project schedules and cost control systems.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
Monitor project performance using Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques.
Lead change control, risk management, and cost/schedule variance analysis.
Prepare and present progress and performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Oversee project controls team (schedulers, cost engineers, etc.).
Ensure compliance with internal procedures, client requirements, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field.
8–12+ years of experience in project controls within the Oil & Gas, EPC environment.
Strong background in planning, scheduling, cost control, and EVM.
Proficiency in tools like Primavera P6, MS Project, EcoSys, SAP, Excel, or similar.
Professional certifications (PMP, CCP, PSP) are an advantage.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
