Surveyor

Conduct precise geodetic and topographic surveys for large-scale construction and infrastructure projects;

Establish and verify site coordinates and benchmarks in accordance with project documentation;

Perform high-accuracy leveling, layout, and control measurements;

Prepare detailed survey reports, drawings, and data in digital format;

Operate and maintain surveying equipment (Total Station, GPS/GNSS, laser scanners) ensuring calibration and accuracy;

Collaborate closely with design engineers, architects, and construction managers to ensure alignment with project requirements;

Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and report discrepancies immediately;

Produce as-built survey data and documentation according to technical and legal standards;

Supervise junior surveyors and provide technical guidance to the field team when required.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 years of proven experience in geodetic surveying within construction or industrial projects;

Bachelor’s degree in Geodesy, Civil Engineering, or related technical field;

Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, Leica Infinity, and SurvCE software;

Strong knowledge of topographic, cadastral, and control surveying methods;

Excellent understanding of construction drawings, technical documentation, and field data interpretation;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with extreme attention to detail;

Physically fit and capable of working under demanding site conditions;

Strong communication skills and professional discipline in meeting deadlines and quality standards;

English or Russian language proficiency (technical level preferred);

High level of responsibility, accuracy, and commitment to professional standarts
