Senior Backend developer (C# / AWS / Python)

Hi!

We’re currently looking for a Senior Backend Engineer (C# / AWS / Python) to join one of our U.S. clients’ teams on a long-term outstaff basis.

The project focuses on modernizing enterprise systems — advertising, ERP, and subscription management — and building API-driven integrations between multiple business platforms hosted on AWS. The goal is to replace manual data flows with automated, scalable services.

• Developing and improving an application software and designing technical architecture supported by writing technical and functional documentation
• Implementing software tests and debugging code while producing the design schema of a database
• Support in making regular modifications to existing software for error correction, adaptation to new hardware and improving overall function and performance
• Analyzing customer needs and keeping up with changes in technologies
  
  What you’ll work on:
• Designing and developing backend microservices and APIs in C# (.NET)
• Building and optimizing data integrations between systems (CRM, ERP, AdTech, etc.)
• Implementing AWS-based solutions (Lambda, SQS, API Gateway, ECS, CloudWatch)
• Contributing to ETL/ELT pipelines and data quality improvements (BigQuery, Airflow, etc.)
• Collaborating closely with a U.S. engineering team under Agile/Scrum

Requirements:

• Strong experience with C# / .NET Core (Senior level)
• Solid understanding of AWS services (Lambda, SQS, SNS, ECS, API Gateway)
• Hands-on experience with API design and integrations
• Python experience for automation or data-related tasks (Mid+ level is sufficient)
• Familiarity with ETL / data pipelines (Airflow, BigQuery) — a plus

AI related requirements:

• Proficiency in AI-driven development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor IDE, Tabnine, or similar is required
• Strong prompt engineering skills to optimize the outputs of AI tools effectively
• Critical understanding of the boundaries of AI tools and the ability to apply sound judgment and critical thinking
• Utilizing artificial intelligence to debug, refine code quality, and improve documentation for enhanced productivity and workflow reliability
