Middle/Senior AI/ML Engineer

IBA IT Park is seeking an experienced ML/AI Engineer for a hybrid employment

IBA IT Park has been operating since 2006 and offers a wide range of solutions for companies from Central Asia and the Caucasus: customized corporate solutions, data management and analytics systems, SAP implementation, mainframe system support, information security services, as well as innovative solutions for transport and fintech.

Project Description

The focus is on developing and enhancing components for the AI Agent Platform, with the main objective being advancements in video and image understanding.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Multimodal AI concepts;
• Experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph);
• Strong proficiency in Python (asyncio, FastAPI, data processing);
• Experience with Computer Vision and object detection models (YOLO, CLIP, BLIP, LLaVA);
• Understanding of RAG architecture, AI agents, and chatbot development;
• Experience working with SQL/PostgreSQL and object storage (MinIO / S3);
• English Upper-Intermediate or higher;
• Initiative, problem-solving mindset, and ability to implement ideas independently.

NIce to have:

• Experience with real-time video or image stream processing (FFmpeg, OpenCV, GStreamer);
• Knowledge of LangFuse tracing and monitoring practices;
• Familiarity with zero-shot or segmentation models (SAM, FastSAM);
• Understanding of RTP/RTSP protocols and media streaming basics;
• Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow, Prefect).
