About Us: Citifuel LLC (offices in Uzbekistan and the USA), a company providing discount fuel cards in the USA.

We are looking for a Verification Specialist to join our Customer Service team. The main responsibility of this role is to verify customer information, ensure data accuracy, and maintain compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate is attentive to detail, responsible, and fluent in Russian, English, and Uzbek.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and validate client documents and account information.

• Contact customers via phone, email, or chat to confirm details when necessary.

• Ensure all data is accurate, complete, and compliant with company procedures.

• Identify and report inconsistencies or suspicious information.

• Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Support, Compliance) to resolve verification issues.

• Keep detailed records and update client information in the system.

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data with care.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Russian, English, and Uzbek (written and spoken).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Verification, or Administrative Support is a plus.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work with data and multitask effectively.

• Confident PC user (Excel, CRM systems, email tools).
