Andersen is hiring a Business Analyst (1C) to support an internal project. The role involves enhancing a customized 1C platform that covers finance, HR, and key business processes across the company.

The project is implemented on the 1C platform and is fully customized for the company's business processes. The key components of the system include the financial part, which covers management accounting and company activity analysis. The process part of the system automates HR processes, as well as other business processes of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Auditing, analyzing, optimizing, and modeling business processes.
- Gathering and analyzing functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Technical design (task descriptions, use case scenarios, effort estimation).
- Preparing user-facing documentation (demos, manuals, user guides).
Must-haves:
- Experience as a Business Analyst for 2+ year.
- Knowledge of 1C products.
- Proven experience in gathering and analyzing data/requirements from stakeholders.
- Skills in preparing technical specifications and defining tasks for feature enhancements based on enterprise accounting processes.
- Experience supporting tasks throughout all stages of the development lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with system integrations.
- Ability to monitor and control the implementation of improvements.
- Experience creating methodological materials (demos, user guides, instructions).
- Strong analytical mindset and systematic approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment with initiative and flexibility.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Level of English – Intermediate and above.
