Юрист в направление M&A

Responsibilities:

• Drafting corporate documents (SPAs, SHAs, Term Sheets, Framework Agreements, Preliminary SPAs, Option Agreements, Pledge Agreements, etc.);
• Conducting legal due diligence (DD);
• Participation in M&A transactions.

Required Skills:

• Important: fluent English, including legal terminology;
• Education: MGIMO (МГИМО), MSU (МГУ), MSAL (МГЮА) or their equivalents with high marks;
• Experience: 1-3 YEARS IN LAW FIRM;
• Ability to deal with clients and other lawyers;
• Ability to work independently and in a proactive manner;
• Ability to effectively delegate to junior colleagues and provide good feedback;
• LLM or other post-graduate degree will be a plus;
• Advocate status will be a plus;
• Good knowledge of Russian civil and corporate law;
• Basic knowledge of English law.
