IOS/Android Developer

Nitka Technologies develops software for customers in the US and Europe and brings together about 300 professionals from Eastern Europe, North and South America, Armenia, Georgia and Kazakhstan.

We are looking for an experienced iOS/Android App Developer for a long-term project. The customer is an American company.

The project is a mobile app and API service that lets users verify their identity once and reuse it across platforms. It helps confirm age, trustworthiness, or delegation rights without oversharing personal data. Businesses integrate via REST/GraphQL APIs, SDKs, server-side libraries and use it to reduce fraud, block bots, and manage traffic fairly. The project leverages cutting-edge technologies, including AI and Machine Learning.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in building native mobile applications for iOS and/or Android;
• Proficiency in Swift (for iOS) and Kotlin (for Android);
• Deep understanding of intuitive and user-friendly mobile UX/UI design principles;
• Familiarity with platform-specific guidelines and performance optimization;
• Will be beneficial: familiarity with OAuth2/OpenID Connect /SAML; FIDO2/WebAuthn/Passkeys; W3C Verifiable Credentials (VC 2.0) & Decentralized Identifiers (DIDs) protocols;
• Nice to have knowledge of DIDComm/VC interoperability work (Aries, Indy, etc.) and Standards for privacy-preserving claims protocols;
• Spoken English (Intermediate level and higher);

• Remote work
• Full-time (8 hours/day)
• Flexible schedule, but presence at the workplace is possible until 22 gmt+3 for collaboration with the US team
