Function: Enterprise Sales – Banking Hardware, Software &Services
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing, while managing and expanding existing top-tier banking relationships.
- Develop and execute a strategic, territory-specific go-to-market plan to identify, prioritize, and convert high-potential enterprise accounts.
- Drive Сompany solution selling through value-based business cases, competitive positioning, and C-level engagements.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline through customer engagements, partner collaboration and deep market insight.
- Execute territory research and whitespace analysis to uncover upsell, cross-sell, and transformation opportunities within existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate CRM forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and activity tracking through the Salesforce platform.
- Lead internal deal governance processes while engaging stakeholders across product, legal, services, and delivery.
- Oversee customer success and post-sale service quality by aligning with internal delivery and technical teams.
- Represent Сompany's vision and product roadmap to clients, positioning the full suite of solutions to solve customer business problems
Required Skills & Experience:
- 15+ years of enterprise solution sales experience, including direct sales of banking solutions or digital transformation solutions.
- Proven success in consistently exceeding quota and revenue targets within sales cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to sell into financial institutions in KZ and some other countries, particularly with C-level executives across both IT and business lines.
- Deep domain knowledge of the Banking Sector with focus on banking center operations, self-service technologies (ATMs, POS), and digital banking platforms.
- Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and experience managing large value deals.
- Exceptional strategic account planning and execution capabilities.
- Strong consultative sales skills, including the ability to articulate ROI and business value to diverse decision-making units.
- Resilient, self-driven, and adaptable in high-pressure, high-performance environments.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across internal cross- functional teams and partner ecosystems within a dynamic, matrixed organizational environment.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) and Russian
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
