📌 Main responsibilities:
Communicating with customers via email and chat.
Expanding the client base.
Solving customer requests quickly and effectively — like a true ninja. 🥷
Building long-term relationships based on friendly partnership.
Collecting and analyzing data to better understand user needs.
✅ Skills that will come in handy:
Fluent Greek (spoken and written) — required.
English — Intermediate (higher is a big plus).
Previous experience in customer support is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
