Project Manager

We are a custom software development company specializing in mobile and web app development. We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. This role involves managing remote teams, working with international clients, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the development team.
• Understand client needs and translate them into clear technical requirements.
• Manage client expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Create detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using tools like Jira, Trello.
• Assign tasks, set priorities, and track progress.
• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives (if using Agile).
• Maintain all project documentation: SOWs, specs, meeting notes, and reports.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Standard task setting, sprint planning, and budget management.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of commercial experience as a Project Manager.
• Good spoken English is mandatory.
• Solid understanding of software development processes.
• Understanding of mobile application development.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools: Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.
• Knowledge of QA processes and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially with international clients.
• Attention to detail and proactive mindset.
• Conflict resolution, active listening, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in an outsourcing company is a plus.
