Maintenance Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proven experience in managing automated systems, ideally in a transportation or terminal environment.
• In-depth knowledge of electronic systems, automated machinery, and control systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Ability to work under pressure and ensure timely resolution of system-related issues.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations regarding automated systems.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Oversee and manage the operation and maintenance of all automated systems at the terminal, ensuring optimal performance.
• Lead a team responsible for the upkeep, troubleshooting, and repair of systems such as electronic doors, escalators, barriers, telescopic boarding bridges, baggage conveyor belts, and other automation equipment.
• Develop and implement procedures for regular system inspections, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of automated systems with terminal operations.
• Conduct performance assessments and identify areas for improvement or upgrades to ensure the highest level of safety and efficiency.
• Monitor system performance, analyze data, and provide recommendations for improvements.
• English Proficiency at least B2 level
