Performance Marketing Executive (India Market)

Experience: 3+ years in the Indian market within fintech, online betting, or casino;

Marketing expertise: Strong knowledge of performance marketing strategies and advanced optimization techniques;

Platforms: Proven track record of managing and scaling campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, and DSPs;

Analytics & optimization: Ability to work with CAC, LTV, ROI, and other performance metrics, transforming data into actionable strategies;

Budget management: Experience in handling significant advertising budgets and ensuring ROI;

Agency management: Skilled in working with external partners, agencies, and vendors;

Personal traits: Strategic thinking, high accountability, and independence in decision-making;

Languages: Fluent English (Hindi is a plus);

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.
