Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years working in the Indian market within fintech, online betting, or casino;
- Marketing skills: Deep expertise in digital & performance marketing, including launching and managing campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google, and other DSPs;
- Campaign management: Proven track record in planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing large-scale campaigns with focus on ROI, CAC, and LTV;
- Agency management: Strong ability to collaborate with external partners, agencies, and media platforms;
- Analytics & strategy: Skilled in data analysis, identifying insights, and adjusting marketing strategies accordingly;
- Personal traits: Independence, initiative, and accountability for results;
- Languages: English is a must; Hindi is a strong advantage;
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields is a plus.

Your Impact
- Develop and execute marketing and user acquisition strategies for the Indian market;
- Manage advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google, and other DSPs;
- Work closely with agencies to optimize performance and achieve KPIs;
- Monitor budgets and ensure ROI-driven marketing;
- Influence key strategic decisions together with company leadership;
- Drive new user acquisition, retention, and brand growth.
