About Us

Sletat.ru is a leading player in the travel industry and an expert in integrated marketing solutions for the tourism sector. Our advertising agency, "Media Hub," partners with hotels, airlines, national tourist offices, and international brands, executing projects ranging from digital promotion to large-scale offline campaigns.

We are expanding our team and looking for a Sales Manager in Antalya to promote our advertising agency's services in Turkey. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in building long-term partnerships with local travel businesses and expanding our brand presence in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identifying and establishing contact with potential partners: hotels, hotel chains, tourist offices, DMCs (Destination Management Companies).
  • Presenting the agency's services and developing tailored commercial proposals and media plans.
  • Managing the entire sales cycle—from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Nurturing and developing long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Conducting market analysis of Turkey to identify promising opportunities for collaboration.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, creative, production) to ensure high-quality project execution.
  • Working with industry-specific software and the company's CRM system.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in B2B sales (preferably in tourism, media, marketing, or related fields).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Understanding of the specifics of the Turkish market and business etiquette.
  • Proficiency in Turkish and Russian, or Turkish and English.
  • Having a car is a must
  • In-depth knowledge of the agency's advertising products and the ability to discuss them confidently with clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close mutually beneficial deals.
  • Willingness to conduct meetings, travel, and work actively in the field.
