KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Transfer ALL company’ 2025 records from Quickbooks to a professional, internationally recognized accounting software (such as Priority, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar or similar)
Lead and manage all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets.
Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Prepare consolidated financial statements and reports for senior leadership and the Board.
Partner with other Finance teams and Operations teams to provide financial insights that support business strategy.
Drive process improvements and implement accounting systems or tools to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Manage external audits, coordinate with auditors, and prepare audit schedules.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA strongly preferred).
10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, or as a single accounting function in a commercial business.
Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (e.g., Priority, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Experience managing audits and working with external auditors.
