We are expanding our marketing team and looking for a skilled SMM Specialist (Middle/Middle+) who has hands-on experience managing social media campaigns for the US market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies tailored for the US audience (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok).
Manage content calendars, schedule posts, and oversee day-to-day activities across platforms.
Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce engaging, brand-consistent materials.
Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
Research audience insights, competitors, and industry trends to adjust strategy.
Support paid social campaigns in cooperation with the performance marketing team.
Manage community interactions: respond to comments, messages, and maintain brand voice.
Report regularly on KPIs and provide actionable insights.
Requirements
3+ years of proven SMM experience, with focus on the US market.
Solid understanding of US audience behavior, content trends, and platform algorithms.
Strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns for US-based clients/brands.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
Ability to write engaging content in native-level English.
Experience collaborating with designers, copywriters, and paid media specialists.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
Self-organized, proactive, able to work independently.
Nice to Have
Experience in B2B marketing or SaaS/IT niche.
Knowledge of SEO basics and how social media integrates into overall digital strategy.
Paid social ads setup and optimization (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads).
